Description
A diesel generator keeps a building running when the grid fails. With an automatic mains failure (AMF) panel, it starts by itself within seconds of a power cut and hands back to the mains when the supply returns.
Generators are sized to your load: supply them with canopy, AMF panel and changeover. Gas generators are available for sites with a gas supply.

Before you order
Add up the loads that must run during a power cut, including lifts, pumps and motors, which draw more current when they start. Tell us the voltage and phase, whether you want it to start by itself (AMF panel), and whether it needs a sound-attenuated canopy. We size the generator in kVA.
Installation and care
The generator is installed on a firm base with ventilation, a fuel supply and an exhaust routed away from windows. Run it on load regularly, keep the batteries charged, and change oil and filters on schedule. Our team can install generators on request.
