Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we contact you by phone or email to accept it. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or if we cannot verify your contact details.
Prices and quotations
We sell two kinds of product, and the product page shows which one you are looking at.
- Fixed-price products show a price in Taka. You can order them online. The price in your order confirmation is the price you pay, plus the delivery charge shown at checkout.
- Quote-based products show “Price on request”. Their price depends on the model, specification and quantity. Ask for a quote on the product page, by phone or on WhatsApp, and we will send you a written quotation, usually on the same working day.
A quotation sets out the price, what is included, the delivery charge, the expected delivery date and how long the quotation is valid. When you accept it in writing, by email, WhatsApp or a signed copy, the quoted price applies to your order.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices on the website can change without notice, but a change never affects an order or quotation we have already confirmed.
Payment
Fixed-price orders are paid with a method offered at checkout. For quote-based products, project work and bulk supply, the payment terms, including any advance payment, are those stated in the quotation.
Delivery
Delivery charges differ between the two kinds of product. Fixed-price products are delivered at the flat rate shown at checkout. Quote-based products are delivered at the charge stated in the quotation, because it depends on the size, weight, quantity and destination. The Delivery Policy has the details.
Warranty
Manufactured goods carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product or quotation. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or incorrect installation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Bangladeshi law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
