A main distribution board splits the incoming supply into circuits. MCB and MCCB circuit breakers protect each circuit from overload and short circuit: MCBs for smaller circuits, MCCBs for larger loads. Busbar trunking carries large currents through a building more neatly than heavy cables, often up a riser in a high-rise.
A lightning protection system gives a lightning strike a safe path to the ground, away from the structure and the people inside. Bangladesh has frequent thunderstorms, so tall buildings, factories and telecom towers need one. A fire alarm backup battery keeps the fire alarm panel working during a power cut.
We also supply boilers for steam and hot water in factories, laundries and process work. Tell us the steam or hot water you need and the fuel you have.
For transformers, generators and distribution equipment, tell us the total load (kW or kVA), the voltage, the number of phases and the site. A single-line diagram or the electrical drawing is the most useful. We reply with a written quotation, and our team can install the equipment on request.
Add up the loads that must run during a power cut, such as lights, fans, lifts, pumps and machines, and allow for motors that draw more current when they start. Send us that list, and we suggest a size in kVA.
Both protect a circuit from overload and short circuit. An MCB is used for smaller circuits such as lights and sockets. An MCCB handles larger currents and often has an adjustable trip setting.
Yes, on request. Our team can install and connect the equipment we supply. Ask for it with your quote.
