Delivery charges
Fixed-price products
Products with a price on the website are delivered at a flat rate per order, added at checkout:
- Inside Dhaka city: BDT 80
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 120
If an order turns out heavier or larger than a courier parcel, we will call you to agree the extra charge before we dispatch it. If you do not accept it, you can cancel the order free of charge.
Quote-based products
Products marked “Price on request” are delivered at a charge we calculate for each order and state in the quotation. It depends on the weight, size and quantity of the goods and where they are going. Pumps, pipe, generators, transformers, lifts and similar equipment may need a covered van or truck, and a crane or forklift to unload on site. When that is needed, the quotation includes it or lists it as a separate charge.
Delivery covers bringing the goods to your address. It does not include installation.
How long it takes
For fixed-price products in stock, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days inside Dhaka and 2 to 4 working days outside Dhaka.
For quote-based products, the quotation gives the expected delivery date. Items we bring in to order take longer, and we will keep you updated if a date changes.
Payment
Fixed-price orders are paid with a method offered at checkout. If you pay cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready if you can. Quote-based orders are paid as set out in the quotation.
Before you accept
Check the item in front of the delivery person. If anything is damaged or incorrect, refuse the delivery and call us on +8801670 468794 straight away.
Missed deliveries
Our courier will attempt contact on the number you gave at checkout. Please keep that number switched on. If we cannot reach you after two attempts the order is returned to us.
