Description
Fire rated sealant closes the gaps around pipes, cables and ducts where they pass through fire-rated walls and floors, and the joints between building elements. Left open, these gaps let fire and smoke spread from one compartment to the next.
The sealant stays flexible in use and, in a fire, keeps the gap closed for the rated period.
