Description
A landing valve is the hydrant outlet on each floor of a building's wet riser, where the fire brigade or trained staff connect a fire hose. It is usually installed inside a hose cabinet next to the stairs.
The instantaneous outlet lets a hose be connected in seconds, and the valve is opened by a hand wheel to control the flow.
