An end suction fire pump is the most common main fire pump for small and medium buildings. It draws water from the fire tank and delivers it at the flow and pressure the hydrant and sprinkler systems need during a fire.

Installation and care
The pump is installed on a level concrete base in the pump room, with the suction pipe kept short and straight, a flexible joint at each connection, gauges, and a test line with a flow meter. Run it on a regular schedule, check the packing or seal, and test its performance each year. Our team can install and commission fire pumps on request.
