Description
An upright sprinkler stands on top of the pipe and throws water up against its deflector, which spreads it evenly over the area below. It is used where the pipework is exposed: factories, warehouses, car parks and plant rooms.
Each head opens individually when its glass bulb reaches its rated temperature, so water is released only where the fire is.

Installation and care
Fit heads upright on top of the pipe with the matching wrench. Keep stored goods well below the deflectors so the spray is not blocked. Replace any head that is damaged, corroded or painted.
