Description
A gas discharge nozzle releases the extinguishing agent from the pipework into the protected room. Its orifices are sized during the hydraulic design, so the agent reaches the right concentration throughout the room within the required discharge time.
Nozzles are placed at the ceiling, and under raised floors or above false ceilings where those voids must be protected too.

Installation and care
Fit nozzles where the design shows, usually near the ceiling, with nothing in front of them. Check during maintenance that they are clean, firmly fixed and have not been moved or blocked.

A 360° nozzle discharges in all directions and suits the middle of a room. A 180° nozzle discharges in a half circle and suits a wall.
Can I move a nozzle?
No, not without checking the design. Each nozzle's position and orifice are part of the calculation.
